Our company was founded and is operated by Andy Kulik who is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer who stepped out of design and stepped into construction and project management. For 15+ years, Andy engineered and developed construction drawings and specifications, and yes - was “that engineer” who required Contractors to submit shop drawings and submittals for review and approval.
